The Sales Administrator assists in supporting the ownership and management team in completing tasks and duties that support the outside sales team.

Responsibilities:

• Office Tasks
  • Scheduleappointments and maintain calendars in Outlook
  • Monitor phone calls,voicemails and assist customers at times
  • Order office supplies
  • Submit reimbursements
  • Expense submission and allocation of expenses
• Sales Numbers & Metrics
  • Pull Reports & other metrics as reqeusted (Bistrack)
• Order Maintenance and Invoicing within system (Bistrack)
• Monthly & Yearly Sales Meeting Setup & Planning
  • CreatePowerPointpresentation
  • Manage meeting agenda
  • Coordinate venue,setup,food, guests, etc.
  • Take meeting minutes and distribute to the team
  • Track & coordinate awards
• Assist in Events
  • ScheduleEvents
  • Book vendors, caterers, and Venue.
  • Coordinate with sales team on attendance
  • Purchase gifts for employees and customers
• Managing Travel
  • Booking flights, hotels, cars, etc
